What payment options do I have?

We offer flexible payment methods and options. Here we explain them in more detail.

Pay now

This means you pay at checkout when you make the booking. If you pay now you get 1% off the rental price. You are of course fully refunded if you cancel your order, as long as it is before the transport is booked — that happens a few days before your arrival day. After that, you pay only the shipping cost and the equivalent of one day of rental.

At checkout you can pay now with:

  • Debit/credit card
  • Swish
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna

Pay later

Pay later means you make the booking without making any payment at that point. Here we have two variants:

Pay later, but before the rental starts

This option means you make the booking without being out of pocket, but the rental must be paid at the latest five working days before the first rental day. We then send a payment link that can be paid flexibly with the same options as above. This carries a 5% surcharge.

Pay later, after the rental has ended

It means what it sounds like — after you have sent the equipment back, we send a payment link with the same payment methods as at checkout. Payment falls due 10 days after the rental period ends. This option carries a surcharge equal to 10% of the rental price.

Invoice

We offer payment by invoice to businesses. The invoice states the price excluding VAT and adds 25 % VAT to the total, exactly as at checkout. Only choose it if you are a business customer and do not want to pay by one of the methods above. Note that these orders require manual handling, and if you book at short notice we do NOT recommend this choice, as we may not have time to approve you for invoice payment before the order has to ship. Pay by card or Swish instead in that case. For security reasons we review every company that wants to pay by invoice before we approve invoice orders. The invoice is issued with a final payment date 10 days after the rental ends. The rental agreement must also be signed by an authorised signatory for the company that is to pay the invoice.
