Can you guarantee that the equipment is fully working when I receive it?

Guarantee it, unfortunately, we cannot. What we do promise is that we do everything we can to make sure the equipment works. We inspect it when it comes back from the previous rental, and again before we send it out to you. We clean it. We double-check that every item that should be included is packed. We pack it safely.

Even with all these precautions, things can still happen. A parcel can be shaken badly enough in transit for something inside the equipment to break. An internal component may wear out and fail during your rental period.
