Can I cancel a rental?

In short: yes. It results either in a full refund or a partial one, depending on when you cancel:

Before we have shipped your order

You can cancel a rental at any time up until the transport is booked — that happens a few days before your arrival day. You then get all your money back.

After the transport is booked

If, on the other hand, you cancel after we have packed your order and booked it for transport, we will refund everything except the shipping cost (shown on your order) and the equivalent of one day's rental of the products you ordered. Example: you have rented a camera and three lenses for a week, total cost 8,000 SEK. The shipping cost was 395 SEK. Renting the same cameras and lenses for one day would have cost 1,000 SEK. We then refund 6,605 SEK (8,000 SEK - 1,000 SEK - 395 SEK).

Cancelling is easiest via My account: sign in with your email address, open the order and click "Cancel this booking". You can also get in touch with your order number and we will take care of the cancellation.
