Is my order guaranteed to arrive at a specific time?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for any of our delivery services. We send the parcel in time for it to arrive no later than the arrival day you chose — but it may turn up at any point during that day. With home delivery PostNord delivers right up to 22:00 in the evening.

This applies to our standard shipping options. If your order needs to arrive at a specific time, write it under "Add a message" at checkout and we will contact you to see whether we can find a solution.
