Remember that you must always hand over the package to PostNord no later than 9:00 AM the day after your last rental day. It’s better to rent for one extra day—it’s cheaper than paying a late fee.

Before the return


Carefully check that all the equipment included in your rental is returned. Any original packaging, cables, accessories—everything must be included to avoid additional charges later.

Use the same packaging materials that were in the box when we sent you the rental, to ensure nothing gets damaged on the way back.

Tape the package securely and make sure it is properly sealed.

Our returns are handled by PostNord. You now have two options for returning your rental: either schedule a pickup or drop it off at a service point.

Pickup


Return pickup is included if you selected home delivery, but you must be physically present when they arrive due to security reasons. You don’t need to print or attach a shipping label—the driver will bring it when the pickup is booked. You can book the return in several ways:

Easiest: Use the PostNord app. Make sure your email address and/or phone number are registered in the app—then shipments to and from Flexfoto will automatically appear. You can also manually add shipments; you’ll receive a link and shipment ID via email and SMS after we’ve shipped your rental. Then the option to book a pickup will appear automatically in the app.
Alternatively: Scan the QR code in the letter included in the package.
Or: Visit returns.postnord.com/se/ and enter the return shipment ID (note: this is not the same ID as the one used for delivery). You’ll find the return shipment ID in the email and SMS.

Drop-off at PostNord Service Point


You can also choose to bring your package to a PostNord service point.
If you received a QR code via SMS, email, or printed in the letter included in the package, show this QR code at the service point—they will print the shipping label for you and attach it to the package.

If you did not receive a QR code, there is instead a return shipping label in the package you received with the products. Use this included label, place it over the old one, and hand in the sealed package at a PostNord service point.
