Will the lens fit my camera?

It says so on the product page. Every product has a Works with section listing the camera bodies the lens fits. It is built from the lens mount in our own catalogue data rather than guessed — where the data is missing, no link is shown at all rather than a wrong one.

Common starting points

• Portraits — a fast prime, 50 mm or 85 mm
• Sport, birds and safari — telephoto from 200 mm upwards
• Weddings and events — a zoom covering 24–70 mm, ideally with a second body as backup
• Travel and vlogging — a light zoom or an action camera
• Interiors and architecture — wide angle, 16–24 mm

If you are unsure whether to buy something: rent it first. Many of our customers do exactly that, and a week's rental costs considerably less than the wrong purchase.
