How is the rental period calculated?

The rental period is calculated like this. It starts from the later of either:

• The day the first delivery attempt was made
• or the first day your rental was due to start — whichever is later. In other words, if there is a delay in transit you do not pay for it.

The rental then runs in whole days. Both the arrival day and the return day count as rental days and are included in the price. The equipment must be handed over to PostNord by 18:00 at the latest on the return day — you choose whether to drop it at a service point or book a pickup at home. You may return it earlier, in which case you are refunded for the rental time you did not use.
